Good communication despite being in multiple locations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is inclusive and for a person like me that means a lot.
What makes you most happy at work?
My role is to assist other athletes and that is what makes me happy. Solving someone's problem to make their day a bit better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being hourly in what is normally considered a salary position just because of the Department. It is nice actually being paid for the work I do and not just the 1st 40 hours.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my short time here I have yet to see profits be put before people. This is the 1st job in decades where I didn't feel like just a piece of equipment being used until broken to be replaced with someone new.
