Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need formal performance reviews and more feedback. Fanatics should compensate employees at or above cost of living. Area in which I work has 30%+ avg rent increase, increase in energy, gas and grocery prices. I've asked mgmt and been shutdown when asked about Fanatics plan to address COL increases.
