The most positive thing at work is that we are a melting pot of cultures and the company really makes everyone feel welcome by DE&I.

The best things about our team is that we work hand and hand to help each other and be a true team. We work well together to get things done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of the work I put in to train my coworkers on a daily basis and I've been helping test new software for the company. I am not being compensated enough because other companies want me to join their team paying more.
