I have had an overall positive experience with this company as a whole. There have been some things that bother me but I have been able to try and understand and work through them.

They seem to all be able to work together and solve problems well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that not only did I accomplish my normal goals but was able to excel and reach higher than expected.

They seem to actually care about the people and are able to do that and balance production in doing so.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently in a higher compensated position and have been for some time but still being compensated at same rate. as prior to new role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work in a support role and really don't have a team per say and having said that I feel that I am part of the entire team. I feel like they work together well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel we are are developing a culture here. I know that with all the new hires and attrition it is hard to drive specific culture. We are doing the best we can though and I get that.
