Until recently my experience has been one of the worst I've ever encountered. I was literally 1 inch away from clicking send on my resignation. Recent changes have changed my mind. That being said, leadership in my department could be improved significantly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very generous and broad in scope. Very inclusive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Let go of the "We've always done it this way" mindset. It is very prevalent here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company as a whole is very welcoming and overall the vibe is awesome. The leadership above my direct supervisor could be better, a lot better.
What makes you most happy at work?
My new manager is great. I'm no longer looking for another job. The overall mission in my department is still confusing and lacking direction. But I see improvement on the horizon.
