So far everything has been going okay. I think compensation could improve but also that means results have to be shown and I am prepared to do so. We're about to have the biggest year yet!

Seeing the growth of the Game-Used department and getting high value items in to be sold to premium customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When it comes to the statewide range salary of a Brand Manager in Florida, I am at the bottom of the list in terms of compensation. I am also currently managing 2 departments.
