It's been a really positive experience thus far. There is a lot of excitement buzzing around the company with recent acquisitions. The company has resources to grow. At times, work can feel unimportant in such a large operation and pay scale can really vary by department. But, overall very happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's an open-minded group where ideas are exchanged meaningfully. We work with one goal in mind and are very in-sync.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work in an agile environment, and not having redundant tasks be the main portion of my work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt as though compensation for this role in the eCommerce team was low and did not scale with the high valuations of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone in the company is willing to help each other out, despite the title or position any one person holds. Communication is streamlined and everyone is pleasant, for the most part.
