Overall good . Nothing to complaint much.Except career growth to next level and being paid fairly is what I'm looking for.Also expect the same support to be continued and extended further year also from US VP recruitment's.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Had more experience in the team(equal experience as of my manager).Hired the Niche positions(High no of software roles).But pay is not competent Neither compared with peers nor with Market standards.

Me My manager hold same experience and as a recruiter I handle very tough positions and I feel I'm not paid well or underpaid and my yearly hike didn't meet my expectations. No visibility of my career growth.
