I have been here 5 days and so far it been a great experience as compared to others I had.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It has been a positive experience. The people have been great and learning about the different pillars to businesses. I think that there is a missing PMO component, but I think overall most people here are dedicated to doing the right and cost effective thing.

The extra add on like the Care.com and health and wellness .

The positive thing is the culture and how it is important that everyone is included.

My co-worker is someone I worked with previously so it makes it much easier transitioning to a new environment.

The relax atmosphere which allows you to focus on the work verses what you are wearing or other distracting factors.
