Invested in the same goal (minor sub goals that can conflict) however discussion provokes thought and best practice and that's what we strive towards
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
slightly challenging to confirm as I joined during COVID and have been home based. However my manager makes the effort to ensure that we spend time as team and based on our terms.
