Flexibility, ability to express our thoughts and view and attitude of manager towards us
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need more HR activities, some much needed perks and compensation proportionate to the work load
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is not proportionate to the load of work I believe and there isnot much senior resources to learn from
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We should be allowed to choose between work from home and work from office or hybrid. Moreover we need more interteam activities
