
Being GENUINELY HELPFUL! Being CUSTOMER SERVICE focused...and that's not only with outside customers but with INTERNAL customers (co-workers). If they have information that pertains to another group...SHARE IT. Enough with the that's not my department...not my issue.
Everything. They haven't been big on training...they like OVERVIEWS here...and when you don't have everything you need to get the job done...it is FRUSTRATING. The management like to make calls...but actually getting their hands on doing the actual WORK...nil.
Don't just TALK about being here for the people. Actions speak much louder than mere words. Free lunch and happy hours are great...but not so much when the environment is toxic. Managers don't know how to TALK to people...being condescending and obnoxious doesn't get you anywhere.
