
1/2 of my team works really well together and we commonly bounce things off of each other (issues, workarounds, way to make the job flow better, etc) The other 1/2 of the team doesn't make an effort to communicate or be a team member. Not alot of teamwork.
My job title is beneath the scope of that I do on a daily basis. If my job title was closer to my actual job, my pay would increase. I work very hard and take a lot of pride in my work and would like to be compensated appropriately for that.
I feel that my team does not have the correct job title. We do WAY more that what the current job title pays for. If we had a more appropriate job title, our compensation would go up and be more in line with what we do on a daily basis.
