compensation is big thing but i don't think company give same treatment to every one

just to make sure we do the correct things even whenwe dont need to do it.

they need to listen more our warehouse people, our needs as company moving together as one

Culture is a Team to work here everyone help everyone and we only pull in one direction as team

no clear opportunities to move up on the company pay rate we don't have good increase in the last two years

show up at our location and talk about our needs to do better our jobs. We need opportunities to move up in the company
