I am most happy with the internal satisfaction working hard and doing a good job despite the lack of work ethic of many around me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Those who actually do work, work hard. Those that do not, however, see no disciplinary action taken. My immediate supervisor, Stevan Martinez, is fantastic and is really the first supervisor I have liked in the last 20 years.
