Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
all the mandatory overtime for exempt leaders and athletes is lowing my yearly salary. Leads make more than me with the OT they are doing. We are too heavy focused on what one area of the building needs vs the others. Get questioned if we want to run a good shift.
