It's awesome place to work. Very good environment. Never get bored. Management only has to look at the compensations. Fanatics is the best if we exclude compensation.

No time to get bored. Always engaged into work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation has to be based on market standards. I feel better if QE teams compensation are not biased when compared to Development teams.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are awesome members. I'm very much obliged to work with them. We should be more engaged by keeping team build activities apart from work.
