I've been with the company in many roles since the Kitbag days, originally joining in 2014. After a period out of the business following redundancy, I am now back on a full time, permanent contract again and feeling secure in my role and with my position in the company. I have loved working here.

We have good cooperation and communication, meet regularly as a team on Zoom and have fun, social interactions as well as getting the job done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I am contributing to the global business and working to help us all collectively achieve our goals. Working with incredible brands on exciting projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A relaxed environment, very inclusive with loads of great initiatives to engage employees. We are treated well and have great flexibility which has remained as we come out of covid.
