Pay rises and bonuses are few and far between despite the extra hours put in during PEAK periods.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary not in line with living standards or experience now. Bonuses few and far between but expected to step in on weekends and bank holidays when needed. Peak overtime is usually madness but isnt appreciated.
