Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im under-payed for what I do and the value I bring to the team, I'm just comparing with the market and other offers I have gotten the last 6 months from the industry . Also another factor is cost of living has increased the last 2 years by 40 % so its not what it used to be.
