Since working here, a lot of smoke has been said my way and I have yet to experience something that will come true. It has been a culture break down for me the past 3 years and I am sad to see fellow employees leaving for same reasons I have experienced.

We look out for one another and help one another when it is crunch time.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to see fellow co-workers, but most are getting new jobs and I won't be able to see them any more.
