I do more than what my job entitles. What would make me feel better is if the billion dollar company I work for actually paid me what I'm worth.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Showing empathy and keeping at the front of their mind that we are humans not robots. We expect actual resolutions to our work issues not canned responses to push them off.
