What is most positive about my work environment currently is seeing fanatics make an effort to be all inclusive to all backgrounds and minority.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Cost of living has risen consistently over the last 12-18 months, I would feel better about compensation if more was done for long term wealth growth at the employee level, possible stock buy in for employees. or another form of long term wealth growth/assistance.
