Good for the most part. Overtime is annoying when the cause is out of our hands. I hate working OT or explaining to my team when they have OT because the forecast team cant make a correct forecast or someone messed up the staffing plan. Ridiculous when I cant make mistakes like that

Why would I be excited to be away from home for 12 hours. You can't make me happy, so don't worry about it. Not your fault.
