I love working at fanatics! I feel taken care of and supported. I feel challenged and like i am learning and growing. I feel respected and appreciated for everything i offer my team both in and outside of the work assigned to me

Discretionary time off - unlimited time off and they are really flexible with it!

Fostering our friendships, caring for each other outside of work, always being willing to help

The leadership team cares about us as individual people, encouraging us to do our best work while also encouraging us to be our best selves.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my coworkers and also feeling like I have a say in what work I do and in the way I do my work! Feels like I have a good amount of creative independence
What are some of the best things about your team?
We build genuine friendships, not only based on our interest in collaboration and each other's work but on our interest in each other's lives and wellbeing. I feel so supported and appreciated and look forward to seeing them everyday. We are a positive and collaborative bunch!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Their emphasis on work life balance and mental health/wellbeing. I joined during COVID and needed a lot of mental health space/time and I never felt guilty asking for that when necessary. I have only ever felt supported to take the time I need when I am not doing well. Everyone is just so supportive
