It is positive. There's not much room for advancement but feel my overall experience is positive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are hungry and want to be the best they can be. it's hard to ask for more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The is a lot of hard working people and this is a very ethnically diverse warehouse but everyone works together well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they would make a decision and pay me fairly for what I do and not hide behind the word Epic for over a year.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I feel I /we make a difference in the safety culture of this warehouse. We have been very successful in introducing a positive safety culture here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Well I don't really have a team . It's just me and a manager. However you could say that is a team I guess. The job is accomplished no matter what the barriers may be.
