We actively 'look out' for one another and don't avoid opportunities to make sure no one of us is struggling
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While my particular skillset is appreciated and actively sought out during day-to-day interactions while getting work done, it is, very much, not what is valued during compensation adjustments and/or career progression.
