Not sure if it's the high volume of work and many hours but over the past two years I haven't agreed with some of the decisions that have been made in reference to leadership, DC capacity.

Love working with the athletes everyday and helping others.

Hard working team players that care about the job and athletes.
What makes you most happy at work?
Motivating my team to be their best by performing at a high level daily while learning something new as well. Working across the board within the DC and outside.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other Supervisors in the DC, I feel I'm pulled in many areas to troubleshoot and help along with travel but others are not asked or just accountable for the regular daily duties.
