I absolutely LOVE working at Fanatics! I love what the company stands for and I love that they take great care of their athletes. I want to stay with Fanatics but want to move to another department. I want to see more and do more. I want to travel, be part of what we do. Something exciting!

What are some of the best things about your team?
All of the AR team works hard. We are all on the same page and are all trying to reach the same goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel that top leaders understand the processes of the AR team and how the systems keep our job very manual. I also do not feel that we are as valued as some of the other teams both professionally or monetarily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fanatics is the most diverse company that I have ever had the pleasure of working for. They are also a company that gives so much to their athletes and I do not take any of these for granted. I am so thankful to the top leaders of this company for remembering those beneath them/
