Great company, but very fast paced. Work life-balance is hard to achieve but is up to the boundaries you set for yourself. I really love the flexibility the company gives, but it is very easy to end up with way too much on your plate.

Everyone is very open and accepting. Not as much gossip culture

I really like that our team doesn't have traditional hierarchy levels- each person is treated as equal and everyone is able to give input.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part would be DTO- I really like that there isn't a limit to your PTO and you can work around the hurtles that life throws at you
