I love working here despite the issues I've had with my job insecurity. I've learned so much about the different processes. I love learning about software and anything computer related, so it's been a blast learning Excel more in depth and learning about the in house applications from this company.

Everyone is willing to help in their own individual ways.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They aren't as overbearing as other jobs I've had and I truly appreciate the chance to prove myself without having someone breathe down my neck.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm ahead of schedule and all of my hard tasks are done and accounted for. I can get onto writing SOPs and doing some menial tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired with written confirmation I'd be hired with benefits, but on the first day I was told I was a fulltime temp, so I was not entitled to ANY of the benefits that were in the packet that they handed me. I was essentially told I can only hope that there's room in the budget for me.
