They aren't as overbearing as other jobs I've had and I truly appreciate the chance to prove myself without having someone breathe down my neck.

I was hired with written confirmation I'd be hired with benefits, but on the first day I was told I was a fulltime temp, so I was not entitled to ANY of the benefits that were in the packet that they handed me. I was essentially told I can only hope that there's room in the budget for me.
