Truly working together, everyone is willing to chip in, help out, and cover if we take time off

They regularly get in front of the entire organization and inform how the biz is and the direction it is going.
What makes you most happy at work?
The autonomy, trust, freedom I am given to make decisions and know I will be supported by my manager. Working Remote full time would make me even happier
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sports! Whats not to like about that. laid back "feel" but we're all working hard and fast, yet not too busy to take a moment and connect with coworkers. Beer taps are pretty cool too!
