What makes you most happy at work?
The work that i do. I always have liked problem solving and getting things, done. I get to try to do that, everyday.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication as a whole. Didn't receive a lot of that when I started. I'm trying to be more proactive and communicative. I had no formal training here at all.
