What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The opportunity to grow in my position and being supported for future opportunities.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being at work, learning new things, exposure to leadership in different departments. Seeing the direct impacts of the fruits of my labor making a difference in the organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do seem vested in our development on a local and team level. There are issues with how some change is addressed and not communicating as much as previous years past.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, however, there hasn't been communication this year about merit raises either way. I am ok if we do not get one, but feel that we should not be left to guessing whether or not we are getting one and why. I am tremendously grateful for my job and my growth opportunities
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager for our team is the best in that he values us and helps us grow. I feel there are issues not being addressed with other co workers, but my broader L&D Team is the best and I love collaboration and working with the broader team. The experience and growth from their leadership is invaluable
