Very helpful and ready to do any task that is needed to do the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe there are athletes performing the same job I do or even less than I do that are compensated better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team does a great job in communicating and explaining company needs and its future. There are other leadership personnel that I depend on getting information from and have a hard time getting any feedback.
