I feel disconnected almost to the point of being disenfranchised. I am on an island, and my manager owns all of the ships.

My coworkers work diligently to complete the tasks they are given, and seem genuinely interested in building a team/fostering an environment of comradery.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Objectively, my wage has not kept up with inflation. Subjectively, I am qualified for more complex work and under-utilized in my current role.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work is siloed so that there is little collaberation. Limited communication between departments. Broken processes. Do not have regular one on ones with management. Isolated from the majority of the department with no opportunity to connect virtually or in-person.
