The ability to work on our own when needed and the ability to work together. The team is really great at adapting and supporting each other.

The ability to create art for sports is awesome and it to see the products I helped make in store or being worn my customers is very rewarding feeling.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is nice and is great to see the diversity. The company provides all employees with more than the basics for an office. Standing desks I find to be the coolest.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I struggle with the worth of staying and the ability to provide for my household with the rise in the standard of living. Currently the want to move up in the company just does not feel possible, even after 5 years of hard work.
