Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no structure in place for natural growth or progression, it would be nice to have something to be aiming towards within my career development that's supported and respected by the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More development opportunities, and freedom for Managers to be able to develop staff and book or request a budget for team building exercises. A more serious view on overtime and promoting a healthy work life balance. Visibility on where you are benchmarked against the pay scale when reviewed.
