It was a little hard to get into the team and gain their trust. I would love to have a great training, but it was not so good. There were many things that I learned by myself and asking others. I've never had a TB with my manager and I feel that my position is not so important for her as the others.

We have same duties and responsibilities as other team mates and their salary is bigger than mine
