People do their jobs and there are enough associates with a positive attitude to keep things moving forward.

I am a sports fan who buys a lot of what we produce. In my case I can design the apparel I buy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Current team consists of associates who do what is needed to produce the best product regardless of their situation, in the hope that things will get better in the future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you have been with the company awhile the only to improve your worth is to work hard and hope your work merits a cost of living raise. In a perfect world there should be a way bump up employees who are performing well to the current rate of new hires.
