I've never worked anywhere where I didn't dread coming into work and being able to feel like myself. It's a cultivated environment of trust, team work, and kindness that's unmatched. Also hella fun

I think it's that we get opportunities for team building such as happy hours and also their investment in me as an employee with a stipend for my phone bill or seeing an opportunity for me to learn by creating lunch and learns
