The work is rewarding, but also my manager - they are so supportive and I learn something new from them on a daily basis
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative. We are always bouncing ideas off of each other or going to each other for a different approach from their past experiences
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paying average market rates or above to internals - we should reward current employees and take the economy into account. We bring in external talent at higher rates because of the competitive market yet current or long term employees receive a minimum adjustment if that.
