My team is funny, open and understanding. Also they are always willing to help out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More health benefits, and mental health counseling which may have been recently added but maybe doing more to bring attention to it.
What makes you most happy at work?
The free food and beverages if I have to be in office. I wish we had local fruit deliveries and more free snacks
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just my team really and everyone is so nice! Also the atmosphere of the office is enjoyable, tailgate the meeting rooms are nice and the free coffee, tea and taps
