I have a negative experience. From day 1, a senior manager looked at me and physically ignored me, before walking away from me. There is no inclusivity, management accountability is minimal, and there is no growth mentorship. I feel this was a mistake sometimes, but I show up for the check.

My team looks after one another, while taking care of our tasks
What makes you most happy at work?
A select handfull of associates. Other than that, i just look forward to 5:00pm
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I honestly do not know. This company lied to me from recruitment, and maintained that lie through my time here so far.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare is good, and the pay is decent. I took a cut to come here with promise of a work life balance, to which I was lied to regarding that. But the pay to workload is fair.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This place is treated as a frat house to senior management, while not caring about the lives of the "average" worker. We minimize home life balance, which is what I was promised when I made the decision to leave my former company to come here.
