I would give it a 9/10. The management team and coworkers here are great and always willing to help out, are outgoing, make you feel included as part of the team. However, it would be nice if there was more flexibility (more work from home) we should be able to wfh if we need to.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the facility as a whole, the happy hours that are offered. It gives us a break to stop work and talk and get to know our coworkers.
