Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most warehouses in the area pay much more for the job position and offer a better schedule to go along with that job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership constantly try to bring a great midset and readiness to the work environment along with setting goals early and clearly to the team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The general lack of improvement to actual work processes. Feel that higher leadership give us tasks to complete, then we find a way to make that work then get shot down and told to do it another way constantly.
