Respect the ones that's coming to work busting they butt to get the job. in stop talking and about people in picking on them

Find a GM, manager ,supervisors and team leads that care about they employees in treat them all the same in with respect no favoritism
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
people that want to move to a different dept or move up in is a opening for it we should be able to get it if you been working for this company for 10 years
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Take the cap off our pay, have events, holiday party's. some chairs for the ppl that have to stand at a computer for 8 in 10 hours should be able to rotate from sitting and standing in one spot for a long period of time as long as they getting the job done staying on tasks and meeting production
