Diversity of skills and perspectives. Alignment on hard work and fun both.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The number of problems to solve/work on and to do so collaboratively with different teams.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Everyone seems to work hard genuinely. This means for the most part people “walk the walk

What makes you most happy at work?

Delivering big wins and value where needed and being able to get to those by working with others. Teamwork. Also, compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Changed persepctive on this recently due to reactive org changes that seemed like there was a lack of plan. More proactive clarity on org and goals and positions needed.
