Here almost 6 years, I have never worked for another company where it offers all - great opportunities, challenges, leaders and peers. Very fortunately to get to work for such an amazing company.

For a pre-IPO company, we are paid more like a publicly traded company.

My favorite core value is missionary vs mercenary. The definition of this means that you're here because you love what we do and you love the people and culture that is Fanatics.

Fanatics has grown so fast over the past couple of years but haven't lost sight of our core values. Our leadership team is accessible and responsive. We work fast and hard but I always feel valued.
