There have been ups and downs due to negativity but I thoroughly enjoy what I do and who I work directly with daily.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my direct supervisor because we work as a team and accomplish leaps and bounds because we are open and honest and work hard together.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Being on board with all company initiatives and to try to understand the new initiatives instead of bringing negativity prior/during/after launch without investing in the initiative. Less negativity.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Outside of direct teams, there needs to be more comradery among the whole team. Each role in a company is no more important than the other from Utilities to CEO, and some would do better if they understood how each roles affects the other.
